Radiographic Verification of Depth and Parallelism in the Anterior Maxilla

The PARs confirmed proper depth, angulation, and parallelism of anterior maxillary implants, validating precise surgical execution.

The periapical radiograph (PAR) confirms a drilling depth of 15 mm, with optimal parallelism and angulation of the osteotomies. Anatomical landmarks such as the floor of the nasal fossa, the anterior nasal spine, and the intermaxillary suture are clearly delineated. Two 4.5 × 15 mm implants were placed.

In the second PAR, the initial osteotomy for placement of an angled implant can be observed, along with the floor and anterior wall of the maxillary sinus. Once the image was calibrated, it was confirmed that at least 20 mm of depth were available for implant insertion.

The postoperative panoramic radiograph demonstrates the correct trajectory of the angled implants and proper parallelism of the two anterior implants, confirming accurate surgical execution and radiographic validation.
