Refund Policy – Sniper Xray™

Effective Date: November 15, 2025

Because Sniper Xray™ is a professional dental device and sold under a preorder-based production model, the following refund conditions apply:

1. Preorder Cancellations

1.1 Full Refund (Before Production Window)

You may cancel your preorder and receive a 100% refund up to 30 days before the estimated shipping date.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

1.2 Inside 30 Days of Estimated Shipping

Within 30 days of the estimated shipping date, manufacturing and logistics costs are already incurred.

Cancellations within this period may:

• Be refused, or

• Include a non-refundable fee of up to 30% of the order value.

You will be informed of any applicable fee before processing.

2. Returns of Shipped Products

Sniper Xray™ Products are professional medical/dental instruments.
For infection-control and regulatory compliance:

• No returns, no exchanges, and no refunds are accepted for non-defective products.

• Medical devices cannot re-enter the supply chain once delivered.

3. Defective Products (Warranty Claims)

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect:

Please email info@sniperxray.com with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Photos or video

We may request the device for inspection.
If a verified manufacturing defect is confirmed, Sniper Xray™ may, at its discretion:

• Repair the product,

• Replace the product, or

• Issue a refund.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Misuse or improper handling

• Damage from non-approved sterilization methods

• Cosmetic imperfections

• Use with non-Sniper Xray™ components

• Buyer’s remorse

• Incorrect clinical case selection
