Shipping Policy – Sniper Xray™

Effective Date: November 15, 2025

This Shipping Policy describes how Sniper Xray™ (“we,” “us,” “our”), owned and operated by Glide LLC, manages shipping for all preorders and orders placed through www.sniperxray.com.

1. Preorder Shipping Timeline

Sniper Xray™ is currently offered under a preorder model.

Estimated shipping window: March 2026
(This is an estimated timeline and may adjust.)

The shipping window may change due to:

  • Manufacturing capacity

  • Regulatory requirements

  • Packaging and quality-control validation

  • Logistics or customs factors

Customers will be notified via email if there is a significant change in the estimated shipping timeline.

2. Shipping Costs – Included in the Price

All shipping costs are included in the product price at checkout.

No additional shipping fees will be charged for preorder units.
This applies to U.S. and international orders.

Important: Shipping costs do not include customs duties, VAT, or import taxes (see Section 5).

3. Shipping Methods

Orders may be shipped using:

  • DHL Express

  • FedEx

  • UPS

  • Other trusted medical-device carriers

Carrier selection depends on the destination and logistics conditions.

4. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title transfer to you once the Product is handed to the carrier at our shipping facility.
After this point, transit responsibility lies with the carrier.

5. International Orders (Outside the United States)

Although shipping is included, international customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • VAT

  • Import taxes

  • Clearance or processing fees

These charges are determined by your country’s customs authorities and are not included in the purchase price.
They are non-refundable and outside the control of Sniper Xray™.

We are not responsible for customs delays.

6. Address Errors, Failed Deliveries & Refused Shipments

If a shipment is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Failure to collect the package

  • Refused delivery

Then:

  • Additional reshipment costs may apply

  • Refunds are not available once a medical device has shipped

  • A new shipping label must be purchased before resending

Medical devices cannot re-enter the supply chain once shipped.
